This plan outlines the strategies and actions identified by partners in the Heart of the Appalachians Fire Learning Network (HOA FLN) landscape. The HOA FLN works to promote ecosystem health and biodiversity by fostering restoration and maintenance of fire-adapted ecosystems while ensuring public safety; and improve the capacity to apply and manage fire by increasing collaboration and partnerships of interested agencies, organizations and communities.
