This report covers the period from July 2018 through June 2022, when the PERFACT II cooperative agreement was in effect. This period overlaps with PERFACT I and PERFACT III, which came before and after it, allowing work on the ground to continue seamlessly. Highlights from this work have been covered in a series of intermediate reports.
