SUMMARY:Southern Michigan TREX
DESCRIPTION:The Southern Michigan TREX is accepting applications through January 30th. This TREX will provide prescribed fire training opportunities to local and regional fire practitioners while supporting management of natural resources on state\, federal\, and private lands. \nTarget Group: Prescribed fire and wildfire personnel\, including Department of Defense\, National Guard\,\nfederal\, state\, tribal\, and non-governmental agencies\, private practitioners and university faculty and students. \nRegistration Fee: The fee is $350 for non-DOD participants. DoD participants’ fees are paid for by the\nMichigan Army National Guard. The fee for university students is $100. Waivers may be available for\nparticipants who bring equipment (e.g. engines\, UTVs\, etc.).
